Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds for tickets or services purchased through the EXTEMPORE Online Store are available only in the following cases:
  • Cancellation of the event;
  • Significant changes to the event (dates, location);
  • Personal reasons preventing the Buyer from attending the event.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the Buyer must contact EXTEMPORE via email: info@extempore.info. The request must include:
  • Event name;
  • Event date;
  • Email address used during registration;
  • Reason for the refund request.
Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase;
  • In certain cases, EXTEMPORE may offer a credit or deposit for a future event instead of a monetary refund;
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame after the request is verified.
Exceptions
  • Services already provided (such as access to the event or materials) are generally not refundable;
  • Partial refunds may be offered only at the discretion of EXTEMPORE if only some Services were affected.
Final Terms
By purchasing a ticket or service, the Buyer agrees to this Refund Policy.
