1. General1.1 These Terms and Services apply to all users of the EXTEMPORE Online Store (hereinafter – the “Online Store”) available at https://onsite.extempore.info.
1.2 By using the Online Store or purchasing any services, you agree to these Terms and Services in full.
2. Services2.1 The Online Store offers access to onsite conferences, tickets, and related services (hereinafter – “Services”).
2.2 The Services include:

• Tickets / confirmation of participation;
• Personal access to the event;
• Access to additional event options if provided.

3. Ordering Procedure3.1 The Buyer may place an order for any Services available in the Online Store.
3.2 Each service can be purchased in the quantity indicated.
3.3 Orders are confirmed after successful payment.
4. Payment Methods4.1 Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank cards via Fondy and WayForPay;
• Apple Pay, Google Pay;
• Payment by invoice upon request.

4.2 If payment is not received, the Online Store reserves the right to cancel the order.
5. Refund Policy5.1 Refunds for Services are available only in the following cases:

• Cancellation of the event;
• Changes in significant event conditions (dates, location);
• Personal reason preventing the Buyer from attending.

5.2 To request a refund, the Buyer must contact EXTEMPORE at info@extempore.info, specifying the event name, date, and the email used during registration.
6. Acceptance of Services6.1 Services are considered provided once individual access or confirmation is sent to the Buyer.
6.2 The time of acceptance begins immediately after access is provided and does not depend on whether the Buyer uses their access.
7. Buyer Rights & Obligations7.1 The Buyer has the right to:

• Place an order in the Online Store;
• Accept an electronic contract;
• Request provision of Services under the terms of this agreement.

7.2 The Buyer must pay for the Services according to these Terms.
8. Seller Rights & Obligations8.1 EXTEMPORE has the right to:

• Inform the Buyer about payment issues;
• Offer alternative Services if the ordered Service cannot be provided.

8.2 EXTEMPORE must provide the Services fully and as paid under this agreement.
9. Liability9.1 Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance according to these Terms and applicable Ukrainian law.
9.2 The Buyer is responsible for any damage caused by their actions while using the Online Store or Services.
9.3 Force majeure events release both parties from obligations under this agreement.
10. Other Conditions10.1 EXTEMPORE may update these Terms and Services unilaterally; changes are effective after publication on the Online Store.
10.2 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided during the order.
10.3 Payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Services.
10.4 Buyer data is confidential and used only for order processing, notifications, and service provision.
11. Termination11.1 These Terms and Services remain effective until all purchased Services are provided.
11.2 The agreement is considered accepted from the moment of purchase.
11.3 Either party may terminate the agreement if terms are violated.
11.4 Refunds terminate the agreement according to the refund procedure.
